Lines and wrinkles
As we age our skin loses volume and elasticity which leads to the formation of lines and wrinkles. This is because collagen production in the skin slows down, oil production reduces and the skin becomes more dehydrated.

The ageing process combined with environmental factors such as smoking, sun damage and the effects of gravity lead to the formation of lines of wrinkles.

There are a wide variety of non surgical treatments that effectively correct and prevent the formation of wrinkles both independently or combined.
Acne is a very common and treatable skin condition. It is caused by excess production of oil by the sebaceous glands in the skin. This is caused by increased levels of hormones which stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce oil. This typically occurs in puberty however it can develop throughout adulthood.

There are different severities of acne:
Mild — skin is congested with whiteheads and blackheads.
Medium — inflamed spots called pustules
Severe — a combination of pustules, cysts and scars.

The effects of acne are not exclusively cosmetic, they can greatly affect self confidence and self esteem.
The treatment required is tailored according to the severity of the acne.

The inflammatory stages of acne can treated with skin peels. The post inflammatory scars caused by acne are best treated with skin peels and in some cases dermal fillers.
Hyperpigmentation is the darkening of an area of the skin caused by increased production of melanin.

It is typically caused by sun exposure. The harmful UVA and UVB rays penetrate the skin and stimulate melanocyte activity. The skin appears darker where melanocytes are concentrated. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is darkened areas of the skin where spots caused by acne have healed.
Skin peels

Topical application of sun protection and sun safety is also essential.
Sagging skin
The ageing process causes our skin gradually lose collagen which combined with loss of fat and reduced water content leads to loss of volume. Volume loss combined with gravity results in our skin heading south. This problem is most frequently noticed in the lower face, neck and decolletage.

The skin on our neck and décolletage ages equally to the skin on our face. All too often we forget our neck and chest when it comes to anti ageing and concentrate on the face. To avoid disharmony between a youthful face and an aged neck and décolletage, there are many simple and effective treatments to consider. Advanced techniques using Botox injections and dermal fillers either alone or in combination, give great results.
Nefertiti Lift :
Reduces laxity in the lower face and improves definition in jawline.

Unsightly cords, commonly known as turkey neck, can also be effectively treated with Botox injections.

Sagging skin of the décolletage can be treated with hydrating dermal fillers and skin peels.
(Excess sweating)
Perspiration is a normal function of the body, however when it is excessive it can be uncomfortable and embarrassing.
Botox can be injected into the underarm area to help reduce excess sweating.
Ageing hands
The skin on our hands age at the same rate as the skin on our face, but like our neck and décolletage, they are often forgotten when it comes to anti ageing.

Although our faces may look youthful our hands can often give our age away.

With age, the skin on our hands loses volume which makes tendons, veins and bones look more prominent.
Treatment with a hydrating dermal filler treatment can help restore volume and youthfulness to the hands.
Cellulite can affect us all regardless of shape or size. The battle against cellulite is tough; diet, exercise and genetics all have a role to play. Unfortunately, no matter how much time you spend in the gym or cut out carbs, stubborn areas of cellulite can still persist.
Mesotherapy can help to combat areas of unsightly cellulite and sagging skin.

Microinjections of a combination of amino acids, hyaluronic acid and lytic enzymes all help to breakdown stubborn fat cells in areas of cellulite.
